

Although there is no limit to what we can create, we do specialize in a unique blend of American and ethnic food, most significantly Turkish cuisine. The Turkish city of Istanbul, at the junction of Europe and Asia, brought spices and culinary influences from all over the world to the court of the Ottomans. Attention to rich, varied, and elegant cuisine was one of the hallmarks of this empire, and the desire to enjoy and share exquisite meals remains a favorite past-time of Turks today.
Petite Pea brings this same cosmopolitan approach to the culinary arts. It’s our own special hallmark to provide delightful food, served with sophistication, to the lasting entertainment of our guests.

We’re flexible. We provide catering for a large variety of events. Whether it is a wedding, business conference, or an art gallery opening, we are able to harmonize with the nature of the event.

- One server per 10 people is recommended for events using china.
- One server per 15 people is recommended for events using paper products.
- In the case of a drop-off event, when no arrangements are made for servers, the client agrees that Petite Pea will leave after the initial set-up and is not responsible for the clean-up process.
- A cash deposit is required for platters for drop-off events.
- Service hours and rentals are estimated per client request. Changes to the menu, service hours or rental equipment will be reflected on the final bill.
- Petite Pea can provide an insured bartending service at an additional cost.

- 50 % of the total bill is due upon agreement. The full balance is due 3 days before the start of the event.
- 25 % of the total amount will be retained for cancellations made less than 72 hrs. prior to the event.
- 10 % of the total amount will be retained if the event is cancelled after the finalization of the agreement.

You may choose from our extensive repertoire of American and ethnic cuisine, or we’ll be delighted to work with you to develop a custom menu. Whether your event is casual or elegant, you can depend on us to deliver a unique culinary experience to be remembered with pleasure by both you and your guests.
Disposable products such as plates, cups, napkins and flatware are provided with the menu prices. However, Petite Pea can make arrangements if rentals (i.e. tables, linens and china) are needed.
Because Petite Pea strives to build a reputation for providing the freshest, highest quality food, any food items not provided by Petite Pea are not allowed to be served at a Petite Pea station. We can, however, help coordinate these and any other arrangements no less than 3 days prior to the event. We thank you for your consideration in these matters.
Although we do not carry a liquor license, we provide insured alcohol servers. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased by client. There is no extra charge for ice.
Staff pricing is as follows (4 hour minimum):
- Servers $25/hr
- Bartenders $30/hr
- Chef on site $35/hr
- Coordinator $35/hr
NOTE: An 18% gratuity is added for serving staff.
Drop-off deliveries can be arranged for an additional $35.
